Tiger Woods' Best Strategy to win the 2020 Masters

Tiger Woods at the 2019 Masters

The PGA tour has just returned 3 weeks ago being the second American sport after UFC to make a return after the coronavirus pandemic. Since the start of golf a few golfers have tested positive for coronavirus including Dylan Fratelli and Cam Champ. In addition to players testing positive a few caddys have tested positive as well including Brooks Koepkas caddy, Ricky Elliot. Caddy's are right there with the golfers on the course as well as off the course. I believe that cases will continue to rise exponentially as the tournaments continue to go on.

Now onto the big cat, other than the Match, Tiger Woods has not played competitive golf since the 3 month hiatus. With that hiatus, the PGA tour had to reschedule the entire season including major events like the US Open, PGA Championship and the Masters. As most know, Golfers are remembered by how many majors they win rather than how many overall wins they have.

How can Tiger position himself best to win the 2020 Masters you may ask?

Practice by himself and limit his rounds on tour this season to ensure his health for the 2020 Masters. At the rate the cases are going around the tour and the proximity the players have to each other and their caddy's while in foursomes during their golf rounds, maybe all of the best players will get the coronavirus and will be forced to quarantine and in my opinion the virus will take a toll on them physically as well as hinder their mental strength that playing golf at the highest level requires.

If Tiger just stays away from the tour until this years fall Masters, the field will go through survival of the fittest and all of the best players will get corona and Tiger will be fully healthy and win back to back Masters with ease.
